custom research projects while maintaining direct communication with institutional clients. Primary responsibilities

include analyzing financial/economic data and relationships, building indicators and proprietary models, data

gathering, scenario analysis and providing objective results - covering domestic and international equity and

fixed income markets – to client contacts making investment decisions.

Requirements

5 years of professional investment experience;

Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Economics or Physical Sciences) or equivalent exp.;

General financial market and data knowledge;

Programming or scripting capabilities (Visual Basic, Easy Language, Metastock,

C, SAS, S-Plus);

Excellent opportunity for a seasoned lender to join a DeNovo banking team in the Coral Gables area!

Candidate will play a key role as the institution’s Chief Lending Officer executing business strategy to

grow market share. Position will report to President/CEO and carry the following responsibilities:


- Leadership and oversight of commercial, commercial real estate, consumer, and small business banking.

- Lead the creation and implementation of market development strategies consistent with growth,

asset quality and profitability targets of the Bank.

Chief Compliance Officer – SVP

Respected South Florida Bank is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer who is highly motivated to join their team. (Position reports directly to the President.)


The successful candidate will:


- Will assist with federal/state compliance examinations;

- Be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the Bank's compliance program

in bank compliance relating to lending and deposit regulations is required;
